We are 9 today!
Happy Birthday to us 🥳
24 year old me would never have thought we would still be going strong this far down the line. You all bring so much to our classes, we laugh, we sweat and most of all we have a good time while working out.
Thank you all for being so supportive and such a committed bunch, we are so much more than just a fitness class.
Even on the days I feel like I can’t stand up there and teach I always feel better after, and that’s mostly down to you all, you pick me up without even realising, it’s not all for the physical fitness but the mental wellbeing too.
Thanks for being my fitness family 🫶🏻
