A year has passed and I have been training really well from home. The brief access to the gym last year was quite frustrating so I went back to training from home with my amazing coach. I have made huge progress technique wise, mobility and strength keeping in mind I have very light weights. Two more weeks left of this cycle and I am going back to the barbell. I will probably be frustrated as things will feel different but I am still planning to compete at some point this year or possibly next year so gym routine must come back. I am looking forward though to see how strong I did get.
