HHSC Club Championships — That's a Wrap!

🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ That’s a wrap on the HHSC Club Championships! 🏆

What an incredible two weekends of racing! 🎉

A huge thank you to all of our amazing swimmers, parents, officials and volunteers who helped make these meets possible. Your support, hard work and enthusiasm are what make events like this such a success. 💙

It was fantastic to see swimmers from age 7 upwards taking part, with some experiencing their very first swimming meet! 🌟 Seeing everyone getting involved, giving their best and cheering each other on made both weekends truly special.

We’re so proud of every swimmer who took to the blocks, whether it was your first ever race or you were chasing those PBs! 👏

Two weekends. So many races. Lots of PBs, memories and smiles. And one huge success! 🏊‍♂️💙

At HHSC, we are incredibly proud to celebrate two fantastic achievements from our swimmers! 👏💙

🎉 Congratulations to Sebastian Turculet on being selected to represent Swim England Hertfordshire at the National County Team Championships 2026!

The championships will take place later this year at Ponds Forge, Sheffield, where Sebastian will have the fantastic opportunity to race alongside the best swimmers representing Hertfordshire. 🏅🔥

👏 And a huge congratulations to Luca Capozzi on being selected for the East Region Development Programme 2026–27!

Being selected for this programme is a brilliant achievement and recognition of Luca’s talent, hard work and commitment to his swimming. 💪🏊‍♂️

Congratulations to Heidi King on a fantastic performance representing Hemel Hempstead SC at the English Summer Nationals on Saturday! 🏊‍♀️

Heidi produced an outstanding swim in the 200m Individual Medley, clocking an impressive 2:30.10 – a fantastic new personal best! She finished 3rd in her heat and 12th overall in her age group, an excellent achievement at one of the country’s top competitions.

A huge congratulations to Heidi on this well-deserved result. Your hard work, determination and commitment continue to pay off, and everyone at Hemel Hempstead SC is incredibly proud of you! 👏💙

A huge thank you to all of our swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and families for another fantastic season.

Thank you to everyone who came along to last night's Summer Social – it was a huge success! We hope you all had a brilliant evening.

A special good luck to Heidi King, who will be representing the club at Nationals in the 200m Individual Medley. We wish you every success!
