Just like water and road safety, we sadly need to prioritise personal safety for our children.

Mini Martial Arts classes for 4+yrs. offer traditional tuition from senior level black belt instructors.

Both the physical and psychological benefits of martial arts study are well documented.

Our unique Mini Martial Arts program developed over 40+yrs. offers children in Berkhamsted, Nash Mills, Hemel Hempstead & Abbots Langley, fitness and self defence skills in a safe training environment where all members are encouraged to reach their full potential.  Family classes allow children to train independently or with a parent.

Encouraging our children to keep fit and healthy and develop a personal safety skill set is one of the best opportunities we can provide them.
