Mixxedfit - Dance
Sculpt - Toning
Bootylish - Resistance training
Strut and Shred - Fat Burn

Yep summer is round the corner finally !! Are you looking for a personal trainer or are you looking for new fitness classes ?

As well as teaching Xtreme Hip Hop Step, Sculpt ,Strut and Shred ,Mixxedfit and more at a mix of Locations around Hemel I'm a level 3 Personal trainer.
I have a private fully equipped gym plus now for summer a private outdoor area to train in.
