It’s took commitment.

Same women, different habits 🏋️‍♀️

I wouldn’t say hasn’t been on a mad diet to get this transformation. I’d say she has bloody worked hard in training and managed to form some really good habits.
The snacks, the walking, and the training 🍿🚶‍♀️

Over the past 2 years of training Charlie I have really noticed a difference in her outlook on life and herself. She is much more positive now then she has ever been! ✨

Some people come to train to help their mind and some people come to train their body but I’d say we have a pretty good balance of doing the both ⚖️

I’m really proud of how far you have come Charlie and I look forward to seeing what you can achieve! You’re going to be a bridesmaid this year! How exciting, let’s smash it 🔥

Wow, Can we just appreciate Amy’s transformation 😍

2 stone and 3lb difference between these pictures and a whole new level of confidence 😝

7.25 inches lost in total 🔥
That’s the same length as a butter knife 👏👏

Having a transformation so late on in the Year is such an achievement!!

A massive part of this transformation comes down to food!
Abs are made in the kitchen 🌮🌯🍌

Charley’s food has been high proteins and fats. We have made sure we have stuck to the correct daily macros 🎯
A long side his daily runs and 3+ boxing sessions a week.

I have only worked with Charley with his food for this transformation as he has a different coach for boxing and running 🏃

It only took us 4 weeks to achieve this so im super excited to see what else we can achieve in the up coming months as a athlete 🏆

18lb lost in total over a period of 8 weeks

But most importantly my clothes fit better and I’m more comfortable 🙏

I achieved these result through changing some simple habits….

💦 2-3L of water

🦶 10k steps a day

🚶‍♀️10/20 walk after each meal to help digestive system

🥚 High Protein lifestyle

Remember that every ounce of pain you feel is building a
stronger you, a stronger body,
a stronger mind, and a stronger character.
So PUSH through the pain. Don’t let it stop you. Force it to grow you.
