⚽️ Inclusive United X Watford FC CSE Trust - Inclusive Football Event!

Last week we enjoyed bringing together young adults with learning disabilities, SEN for a fantastic fun football event, held at Watford FC Training Ground in the Dome. 🟡

📸 Participants enjoyed a carousel of fun activities, penalty shootouts and a visit to the Media Suite, where we were joined by Harry the Hornet!

FA Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Panel Events 🎤

Recently, Director’s Tracy and Hannah have been involved in some fantastic FA events, helping to drive important conversations around inclusion in football.

Tracy was invited to speak on the panel at the FA’s Your Game, Your Way EDI event, held at Vicarage Road, Watford FC. She also facilitated roundtable discussions, which sparked some insightful conversations. 💬

Hannah was the special guest at Hertfordshire FA’s Disability Training for Clubs event, sharing her knowledge and experience with clubs that are either starting their inclusion journey or looking to further develop their existing provision ↗️

We are proud to be a part of these events and to contribute to these positive discussions. Big thanks to the organisers and everyone involved in the delivery of these events. We look forward to continuing this important work together 💪🏼 ⚽️

🏆 The Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire’s Entrepreneurs Challenge at the Herts County Show 🤩

We are delighted to share that Inclusive United CIC were announced as winners of this year’s Entrepreneurs Challenge!

Across the two day show, our team had the opportunity to showcase our work, pitch to a prestigious panel and meet some fantastic people and businesses.

Huge congratulations to all of the brilliant finalists and everyone involved in the organisation of the event 👏 The atmosphere throughout the weekend was incredible, with over 38,000 visitors attending the County Show.

This recognition is a huge milestone and honour for us - a special thank you
to Robert Voss CBE CStJ the Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, the judging panel, Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce, event organisers, supporters, volunteers and everyone who visited our stand over the weekend.😀 ☀️

Inclusive Coaching Workshop ⚽️📚

Last week, we delivered an Inclusive Coaching Workshop to Watford FC CSE Trust degree students, who are studying BSc (Hons) Football Coaching & Performance. 🙌🏼

The course combined interactive learning with practical experience, giving students the tools and confidence to deliver inclusive sessions for participants of all abilities and diverse needs.

Movement For Change – Learning Journey Event 🎤🟠

Inclusive United were proud to take part in the Movement for Change Learning Journey Event recently in London. This powerful programme supports social entrepreneurs across England to unlock the impact of sport and physical activity for marginalised communities.

Our Co-Founder and Director, Tracy Light, joined the panel to share insights, lessons and lived experiences from the journey so far. It was inspiring to hear from so many founders driving meaningful change in their communities!

As part of the afternoon agenda, Tracy also hosted round table sessions, supporting those looking to build valuable partnerships for their organisation.
