Thank you to everyone who attended our day retreat yesterday - Sunday 6th July, at the amazing .pilates and joined together to create a wonderful day of movement, relaxation and togetherness. Pilates is more than just a workout - it’s a journey of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You’ve all made incredible progress, and I’m excited to continue this journey with you in the new year.
