Waiting for Matthew to go for a walk...
He is choosey.
It's important to know what we like,
how we operate to blend it with what we NEED.
Very important!
'Too urban is boring, can be too crowded and too many fumes'...
'Too country is too boring and lonely'...
Hampstead Heath
seems to be his favourite place.
Big greenery, trees, water, flat paths, hills and just enough people, within a safe space.
Just enough landscape variety and space to choose, depending on weather, time, how we feel...
Yet, wihin an Urban environment with shops, bars, restaurants.
Perhaps he feels his roots.
He grew up in the area and we can walk with his twin and have meaningful chats.
When it comes to walking, my only request is no fumes.
I'm happy with his choice.
I need another cold shower before we leave.
