Shout out to these amazing athletes who took part in Hyrox at the weekend.

I’m sure they would all agree that if u had said a year a go they would have chosen to compete in Hyrox they would have laughed in your face!

Over the last year they have seen both the physical and mental benefits of exercise and the importance on having a goal to ensure they keep pushing.

They did unbelievable and their times were flipping awesome! Plus they have already booked onto the next one so there’s no stopping them now.!

💥 OUR LETS GO ⚡ SESSIONS ARE EVERY MONDAY 9.30AM, WEDNESDAYS 8PM, SATURDAYS 8AM💥 at 🏃‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️

We are looking 👀 FOR NEW MEMBERS 👀 to come join us and the team.

These sessions are for EVERYONE of ALL ABILITES. FUNctional fitness mixed with running for all abilites where you will be guided, coached and encouraged to push yourself to acheive things you never thought possible. We will finish with a fun and challenging finisher and then just enough time to unwind and reset the mind.

At Lets Go ⚡ we understand its about training the MIND as well as the BODY 🔥 taking time for you and your wellbeing.
