you have been with me for a whole year now and what an absolute pleasure it has been 😊. Your commitment, focus, hard work and over all attitude is something I truly admire. You put 💯 in to everything you do. You have been so consistent over the year turning up every week to at least 2 of the sessions - week, after week after week / even in freezing temperatures.

It’s a pleasure to coach you. Not only have you made massive physical changes you also have mentally. Running and fitness is now just part of you and who you are and I’ve loved seeing u grow.

Keep smashing it girl, you’re an inspiration to us all.

Looking to make a change but not sure where to start? Feel nervous about going into a large gym? Looking for support from someone who understands how tough it can be?

I’m so happy to announce that I’m opening up some PT slots at a small, boutique, independent gym in Hemel.

When first looking at where I wanted to coach, it was so important to find a space where I knew women would feel comfortable and safe. You can’t get much better than your own private space! The Train & Sustain gym in Apsley is perfect for 1:1’s or 1:2s PT sessions - clean, fully equipped, easy parking and completely your own!

My personal training packages will include:

- Nutritional advise
- 24/7 support on whatsapp and monthly reviews
- Tailored workout plans to suit your goals
- Lifestyle support
- Fully coach-led
- Tools to help you make long lasting changes
- No gym membership required

Introducing our off road Sunday run 😍

A slow longer run (5.30min per km - 6.30min per km) normally between 8km - 12km.

Meet time 7.30am from Langleybury Cricket club.

The benefits of a long run are:

- Strengthens muscles in legs, torso, and arms
- Adapts tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones to stress of running
- Promotes efficient running form
- Teaches patience, discipline, and how to handle physical discomfort
- Trains the cardio, respiratory, and muscular systems to work more efficiently
- Increases the quantity and size of mitochondria, improving oxygen use and glycogen stores

Also great for those doing Hyrox as it allows you to get used to the time on your feet and will make time shorter runs feel easier over time.

Well done to my group for stepping it up it was a tough.

6 x 400m 60s recovery between each set
4 mins rest

Beginners session:
1 minute Running, 1 minute walking x 11
Out and back finisher
