I have a small number of coaching spots opening up.

I work with each client individually
- bespoke training
- bespoke nutrition
and adjustments made as you progress. Not a template. Not a generic plan with your name on it.

I keep my client numbers deliberately capped, so the standard doesn’t slip.

This isn’t for everyone. If you want a cheap plan and no check-ins, there are plenty of apps for that.

If you want proper coaching - training built for you, nutrition that makes sense for your life, and someone who actually gives a f*ck to how you’re progressing - then we should talk.

Short off season , maximum progress

For an athlete as experienced in the game as Marta , to take this step forward is very impressive 📈

This is what a productive off-season looks like.

Progress doesn’t come from generic training plans. It comes from understanding exactly what the athlete needs and programming accordingly.

It means feeding the body to perform, recover and grow- not trying to stay comfortable and not stage lean all year.

Consistently showing up , hard training. Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, all with a clear purpose.

The result: more tissue, better balance and a significantly improved physique.

How much progress can be made in a short off season ?

Quite a lot actually…

PCA world champion - November
Vs
PCA pro / British champion - October the following year

For most people - prep is EASY

Off season is the real struggle

Eating when your not hungry
Training when motivation is low
Getting comfortable with your physique changing

But any successful athlete has to go through this , and the one that can do it consistently with the same intention as they would in a prep - are the ones who make the most progress

If you want legit stage progress - you need to spend time being uncomfortable…
