Just to update you all..and to welcome new members😁

My Spring classes are now as follows:

Monday - Porthallow - 9.30/10.30am.
Tuesday - Trevassack Lake - 10.30am.
Manaccan - 5.30/6.30pm.
Wednesday - Porthallow - 10am.
Thursday - Porthallow - 5pm.

I am also available for private group bookings and 1-1’s. Please contact me for more info.

£40 to include Workshop, Swim and delicious wholesome 2 Course Lunch + Drink, at Fat Apples Cafe or…
£20 for the Workshop, and refreshing Swim - you are of course welcome to join the group at Fat Apples for refreshments of your choice after☕️🍰!

Limited numbers (8 participants), so please can you book via email or PM before 21st July so I can get your Lunch choices, and forward them to Fat Apples😁

Thank you for your wonderful company and continued support🙏🏻😁

Just to announce my upcoming Workshop at the amazing Fat Apples Cafe;
Pilates in a beautiful venue amongst the trees, wander down to the beach, refreshing dip, then back for a specially prepared healthy lunch..with cake, of course!

Also the addition of an extra class on Mondays, 9.15am, Porthallow Village Hall for all you early birds🤸🏻‍♂️!

Hello everyone!
Thank you so much for all the interest in my Classes, Workshops and 1-1’s🙏🏻😁
I have the following classes running at the moment:
Mondays: Porthallow Village Hall - 10.30am
(Mixed ability).
Tuesdays: Manaccan Chapel- 5.30pm
(Improvers)
6.45pm
(gentle).
Wednesdays: Helford River Sailing Club -
11am - (mixed ability).
Thursdays: Porthoustock Lifeboat House -
5pm - (mixed ability).

*More classes coming soon, day/time suggestions welcome!
*Workshops will be running throughout the summer at Fat Apples Cafe, from their lovely peaceful, wooded area. More details posted shortly.
*1-1’s available in the comfort of your own home, great for a more individual approach, perfect if you’re new to Pilates or a little rusty!
