We are a community based club that welcomes new players of any age or experience and, we have many seasoned players who are more than happy to mentor novices. Table tennis raises the heart rate, helps to strengthen muscles, loosens the joints, sharpens reaction times and greatly improves hand-eye coordination. So, why not come along to burn off a few calories, improve your quality of life and have
