Following the unfortunate recent events, I have added a 75 minutes Vinyasa class, floor based, starting March 23rd. It will be just as fun, strong and creative, with plenty of time to restore.

Thankful for the gift of yoga to lead us and transform us in our different stages of life, with the power of a flexible and resilient nervous system above all.

I am hoping this will give you more options while using your remaining credits. Thank you for all your love these last few days, and all your support and presence.

Friday low hammocks classes are updated for next month as well.

Mucho love.

“A single conscious breath can be the most radical act in a world designed to pull you away from yourself. In that breath, something shifts.
You remember you have agency, not through force or control, but through presence. The breath is both ancient and immediate, a quiet doorway between your inner world and the vastness you’re a part of. Each inhale brings you back into your body. Each exhale softens the illusion that you are separate from life, from nature, from each other. You don’t need to transcend your humanity to feel connected to something deeper. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is simply return to the breath, and let it return you to yourself.”
