Week 1 Summer Fit Running Programme

Well done this morning, we introduced some Oxygen Advantage Breathing with warm up and advice on introducing nasal breathing into running. Followed with a gentle run along the trail. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Week 1 - Spring Base Training

Tonight we stripped our running back to basics, going over technique, with lots of mobility drills.
