Curves is a fitness brand with a unique 30 minutes full body workout designed for woman. The Curves workout combines strength training with cardio activity and stretching to create lean muscle, raise your metabolism, burn more fat and tone your body. Its safe and effective for woman of all ages and fitness levels. The Curves circuit is with 12 machines with makes you work every major muscle group

There is always a coach to guide and motivate you well exercising and you can burn up to 500 kcals in the Curves workout.

Ladies just a message to say thank you so, so much for your support over the past eight years. I have had the privilege of having thee best job, which I have loved so much & it is all down to the fantastic members that each and every one of you are.
You always gave your all with every challenge that we set. From attending boot camps, to participating in classes, to helping in charity events, your support was always there. It was indeed all thanks to your kind donations that we managed donate over 600 stones of food to Robin House in Balloch, and donate over £17,000 to Breast Cancer Care. This is truly amazing & is all thanks to your generosity.
As Ella has said, Curves Helensburgh was always more than just a gym. It was our club where friendships were formed, problems were shared & many, many laughs were had. I feel so blessed to have been part of it & to have met so many amazing, inspirational ladies.
I was always so very lucky to have had such fantastic coaches, who always put their heart & soul into their job. Ella could always nurture you to get the best out of your workouts, or lend a friendly ear if you had troubles, Jade always made your workouts fun, whilst working you hard & always kept your workouts fresh with introducing new ideas to challenge you. Siobhan would always brighten our day with her sunny persona & 'can do' attitude, whilst encouraging you all to work hard & making all classes fun, and Michelle always made us laugh, whilst always challenging you all to work hard & setting you fitness challenges which were always hard, but good fun too. Thanks also to past coaches Lucy & Angela who were always hard working & fab coaches.
I have been overwhelmed by all your kind thoughts, wishes and support over the past few weeks and I feel truly blessed to have met so many good people, so thank you once again for making my 'job' such a pleasure ###x
