☀️ SATURDAYS ARE BACK TO NORMAL! 🥋

Our summer Saturday sessions have been awesome. Mixed classes, lots of games, plenty of chaos and a whole lot of fun 🙌🏻

But the schools are back, summer is officially disappearing on us… and it’s time to get back to the timetable!

Don’t worry, the fun isn’t going anywhere 😂 But we are separating the classes again so everyone can get back to working on their Taekwon-Do technique, syllabus and grading preparation.

🥋 10am – Little Dragons (3–5)
🥋 10am – Junior Taekwon-Do (6–9)
🥋 11am – Taekwon-Do (All Ages & Levels)

📍 Hermitage Academy

So dig out the doboks, find the belts that have mysteriously disappeared over the summer 👀 and we’ll see you tomorrow!

And if you fancy joining the team… 👋🏻

We do have limited space for a few new teammates across our Saturday classes. No experience needed and your first class is FREE, so drop us a message if you’d like to come along and give it a try 🥋

🥋 FREE SUMMER OF SPORT WEEKEND IS HERE! ☀️

Thanks to funding from the LiveArgyll Summer of Sport Grant, we’re delighted to be offering a weekend of FREE martial arts sessions for the local community!

Whether you’ve always wanted to give martial arts a go, are looking for something active to do with the kids, or just fancy trying something new, we’d love to see you.

📅 Saturday 15th August

🕙 10:00am to 12:00pm
📍 Large Games Hall, Hermitage Academy

Drop in any time during the session and have a go at:

🥋 Little Dragons (ages 3-5)
🥋 Taekwon-Do
🥊 Kickboxing
🥋 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our coaches will be running sessions throughout the morning, so you can try one activity or all of them!

One of the best parts? The whole family can train together, or separately at the same time. Whether you’re 3 or 63, there’s something for everyone.

🕜 1:30pm to 3:30pm
📍 Gym Hall, Hermitage Academy

👩 FREE Female Self-Defence Session

A relaxed, friendly session covering simple, practical self-defence skills suitable for women of all experience levels. No martial arts background needed.

✅ Just turn up
✅ Friendly coaches and welcoming atmosphere

And if you enjoy it, there’s even better news… everyone attending can take advantage of 1 week of FREE training when our normal classes resume the following week.

A dominant performance today at home and if it wasn’t for some great goalkeeping from the Houston Goalkeeper it could have been more. Five different goalscorers and a clean sheet.

A few contenders for player of the match including a strong performance from Sina Picken again on the right hand side our Trialist on the left contributes well also, three goals in three games from Kirsty Ross but for a steady performance a great delivery for the first goal and an outstanding free kick for the second to take the pressure off today’s player of the match is Hannah Cameron.
