Soak your feet in tea! Better than taking medicine!
Soaking your feet in tea every day can not only relieve fatigue, clear the meridians, expel cold and dampness, disinfect and relieve itching, but also improve sleep and prevent colds.
Every night before going to bed, pour an appropriate amount of tea into a bucket, add a certain amount of boiling water, cover the bucket with a towel, soak for 5-10 minutes, and then put your feet in the foot bath. Soak your feet for 15 minutes and massage the entire foot with your hands. After the whole body is slightly sweaty, wipe your feet with a dry towel, lie down while your feet are still hot, and cover them. Easy-to-obtain materials and easy to treat if you consider the following.

1. Green tea to prevent colds.
2. Black tea to dispel cold and dampness.
3. Pu-erh tea to promote sleep.
4. Add a little salt to remove foot odor.
5. Treat cracked feet with vinegar.

Looking down at your phone for long periods can place extra strain on your neck.
Your head weighs around 5 kg in a neutral position, but when the neck bends forward, the load on neck muscles and joints increases significantly—up to about 27kg at [60^\circ].
Protect your neck by raising your phone closer to eye level,
taking regular movement breaks, and using a pillow and sleep position that keep your neck comfortably aligned.
Back or side sleeping can both work well when the neck is properly supported.

And best is to exercise to keep up a strong and flexible body and mind 😊🙏

As I said in class "imagine if you could touch the ceiling with the top of your head"

Do three things for healthy qi and blood
The health secrets of the famous traditional Chinese doctor Gan Wangzu: Eat like an ant. Move like a monkey. Live like a turtle.

• Eat like an ant.
We can learn from ants both in terms of the composition and quantity of our diet. This is what he recommends, but not too much at once.

• Move like a monkey.
Monkeys are agile, this is their nature, which is worth learning. Move more, exercise regularly, so that qi and blood circulate smoothly.

• Desire little like a turtle
The turtle is considered a good, lucky symbol because of its long life. Nowadays, people live under a great burden or desire, and diseases caused by emotions are common. In such cases, it is worth learning from the turtle, which represents tranquility and desirelessness. In everyday life, do not spend too much time on small things, reduce disturbing thoughts, “peace of heart” is the basis of a “healthy body”.

“A crooked tree lives its own life, but a straight tree is turned into wood.”

- Chinese Proverb

The idea behind this proverb comes most clearly from the writings of Zhuangzi, one of the central thinkers of Daoism in the 4th century BCE.

In the Zhuangzi, a famous story tells of a large, twisted tree that carpenters ignore because its wood is unsuitable for construction. Precisely because it is considered “useless,” the tree is never cut down and survives to live out its natural life.

Zhuangzi uses the tree as a metaphor for human life. In Daoist thought, being “useful” by conventional standards can make a person vulnerable to exploitation, control, and exhaustion. Those who are unconventional, overlooked, or unwilling to fit society’s expectations may instead preserve their freedom and live on their own terms.
