ATUK DAY 2026 – SELF-DEFENCE SEMINAR 🥋

Master Steven McLaren will be delivering the Self-Defence workshop at ATUK Day 2026.

Master McLaren has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is looking forward to sharing his expertise with everyone attending.

The session will focus on practical self-defence concepts, effective application and developing a greater understanding of how Taekwon-Do techniques can be used in realistic situations.

Another busy Monday night ahead with Taekwondo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 👊

📍 Helensburgh Parish Church

🥋 4:45pm – Junior Taekwondo | Ages 6–10
A fun, structured class working on Taekwondo fundamentals, fitness, confidence and skills.

🥋 6:00–8:00pm – Taekwondo | All Levels
Two hours covering the full range of Taekwondo training — technical work, patterns, sport training, sparring, breaking and more.

🤼 6:00–8:00pm – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu | Ages 12+
Get in for 6pm to help get the mats down, then:
🔥 6:00–7:00pm — Open Mat
🔥 7:00–8:00pm — BJJ Tuition

Plenty of mat time tonight — get yourself along! 💪🥋

Another fantastic day of competition for Team SMMA on Saturday 5th September at Ravenscraig for the North Lanarkshire Open (NLO).

A really well-run event with some fantastic clubs, great matches and a brilliant atmosphere throughout the day. 👏🥋

Well, well, well… looks like Cinderella has been reunited with their missing slipper. 🥋

Unfortunately for our mystery black belt, there was also a belt left behind… and we’re pretty sure Cinderella didn’t have that problem. 😏
