I’ve been quiet for a while, taking space and allowing things to shift.

I’m returning with Gentle Pilates & Somatic Movement classes that feel more true to where I am now.

🌑✨ New Moon Circle – This Sunday, Sept 21st ✨🌑

I am VERY excited to announce i will be hosting my VERY first Moon Circle this Sunday 21st in lovely Helensburgh.
The New Moon invites us to pause, reset, and plant seeds for what’s ahead. Join us as we gather at our usual location Argyll Dance Company for a nourishing evening of gentle movement, reflection, intention-setting, and connection.

🗓 Date: Sunday, September 21
🕒 Time: 6:45pm-7:45pm
📍 Location: 31A James Street, Helensburgh

What to bring:
🧘🏻‍♀️ A Yoga/Pilates mat
📓 A journal & pen
💎 Small crystal or item of your choosing for our altar (if you feel called)
🍶 Water (tea and snacks will be provided)
🧦 Warm, comfy clothing you can move in, there is heating but please dress warmly and weather appropriate. (Think thick socks, blanket, pj party vibe!) Maybe even bring a favourite cushion of your own.

Wether this is your very first circle or a monthly ritual, this is a safe inclusive space for everyone. ✨

Hi Folks! 👋

My Online Pilates classes will be up and running this week, woohoo! I’ll be teaching 30min sessions on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday as per the times below. I hope those times suit and if not, please do send me a wee message to let me know what days and times would work for you. Requests are very welcomed! 😊

Once you’ve contacted me to let me know which day you’d like to join and once I’ve received payment, I will send you a wee link to the class. 🔗

I really look forward to teaching group classes again. I apologise they are not currently in person, however I hope the online classes will be equally as enjoyable and beneficial!
