Now I don't know if the % on the audio are accurate because at this point who trusts anything on the internet 🤡
But MOVEMENT matters

It doesn't need to be fancy

🏋Starting with body weight exercises ( assisted if needed)

💃Dancing around your living room
Everyone starts somewhere, i started 10 years ago with a trx in my bedroom when my girls were little, I couldn't run a km without stopping, never mind the 30km I did last week, I squatted half the weight I squat now and wouldn't attempt any of the mad exercises I do now.
Work at your ability and watch your ability grow.
