Anytime SPIN A spin bike class, Kettlercise class, Boxercise class or Metafit class at a time to suit you! Just l Classes are £5 per person. I can also do metafit classes .

I can accommodate 5 people per 45 minute class in a private gym at a time and day to suit yourself. You can come yourself or bring some friends we can either spin for 45 mins or do bells and bikes a warm up on the bikes then a tone up with kettle bells.

Today Nicola Sturgeon announced the opening of gyms on Monday 26th April however, no indoor fitness classes can take place. This means, sadly, Anytime SPIN will have to remain closed until the 17th of May. I will message those who have booked in and hopefully you will join me in May.
