You show up more.�You push a little harder.�You stay consistent without it feeling like a chore.

And that’s when results start to happen.

Training shouldn’t feel like something you have to do. It should be something you want to do - part of your routine, part of your life, something you actually look forward to.

Get that right, and everything else becomes a lot easier.

We’d love to share with you all a first look at the new space we have acquired at To The Max Fitness, which will be turning into the new TTMF HQ.

This has been something we’ve been working towards for a long time. Over the last decade, TTMF has grown into a huge part of our lives and, more importantly, a small part of this amazing community. We’ve been very lucky to have so many local people support us over the years, and this new space is our way of giving something back.

This won’t just be another gym. We’re creating a completely holistic health and fitness space for our members and the local community. The plan includes state-of-the-art training facilities, personal training, nutrition support, physio, a wellness and recovery area with a float tank, sauna and plunge, and a café / members’ area upstairs where people can relax, work, socialise and spend time together.

In this video you’ll see the area that will become the members’ zone upstairs, and we can’t wait to show you more of the space as the project progresses over the coming months.

This isn’t us trying to become a big commercial gym. We are, and always will be, a family-run, family-owned small business in this wonderful community. This new space is about improving what we can offer, raising the standard, and creating something truly special for the people who live here.

We genuinely believe this is going to be something incredible, and we’re really excited to bring it to Hebden Bridge.
