30 jumping jacks.
20 squats.
10 Press ups.

10 Press ups .

20 burpees

20 crust jacks
10 press ups

30 seconds rest after each set

and it’s done the trick got him an early nap because he’s napping later these days and that’s not good for bed so getting him out for a run works well And keeps me fit 💪👊

It’s canny hard as well to get karter down in the house and can be canny stressful but getting him in the pram and going for a run works every time The motion of the pram gets karter down .

If you don’t like running do a brisk walk to one lamp post then a fast walk to the other then a jog to the third and carry that on for as long as you want . ###

See how many sets you can do in 20 mins .

I got Karters dinner ready and sat him in his seat so I could do most of the workout in peace and it was the last two sets that he wanted to join in .

It’s a mint calorie burner in such a short time .

20mins workout , 11sets , 200 cals burnt

20 high knees
10 kettle bell swings
10 burpees to the floor
25 Russian twists
