Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle or push your fitness levels to the extreme; our programmed group classes will steer you towards better overall health, happiness and a longer life. Currently we

run Strength, Fitness, Stretch and Core, Strength and Fitness and BoxFit. Available pretty much 24/7 via our Facebook Member's Page, our supportive trainers are quick to respond to any questions you may have along the way, as well as organising fun fitness events for you to get to know our other members.

Strength Class: Train With Purpose 💪

If you want to get stronger, lifting random weights every workout isn’t the answer. That’s why our Strength Classes follow our structured training program designed to help members build real, measurable strength over time.

What Happens in a Strength Class?

1. Structured Warm-Up 🔥
We start with a guided warm-up focused on mobility and activation. This prepares your joints and muscles for the heavier work ahead and helps reduce the risk of injury.

2. Main Strength Lifts 🏋️
The core of the session focuses on compound lifts such as squats, presses, hinges, and pulls. These movements train multiple muscle groups at once and are the most effective way to build strength.

3. Progressive Programming 📈
Our program runs in blocks, with planned progressions each week. That might mean increasing weight, adding reps, or improving technique. This progressive overload is what drives long-term strength gains.

4. Coaching and Technique 🧠
Coaches guide you through proper form and movement mechanics. Good technique means you lift safer, stronger, and more efficiently.

5. Accessory Work 💥
To finish, we add targeted exercises that support the main lifts. These help strengthen smaller muscles, improve balance, and prevent weaknesses.

Show up, follow the program, and get stronger. 💪 it’s as simple as that!
