World Su***de Prevention Day!

If U Care Share!

Today is world su***de prevention day and to mark world su***de prevention day, every year, North East-based charity If U Care Share holds its own 'Inside Out Day to support prevention.

The If U Care Share 'Inside Out' campaign encourages people to wear their clothes inside out for the day - a symbol to get their feelings out in the open and start conversations.

Hebburn Town FC support the work this fabulous charity carry's out and last Sunday our team showed their support to the charity by wearing our kits inside out to support the campaign.

Su***de is now the number one killer of men aged 21-60 in the North East. In 2011, If U Care Share Foundation became a registered charity with three main aims:
Prevention
Intervention
Support of those bereaved by su***de.

Since then the charity has provided support to those who have lost loved ones to su***de, as well as help and advice to those who are at risk of taking their own life.

Remember it's ok not to feel ok and help and support is available. You just need to get your feelings from the “inside out”.
