Our new timetable 🗓

After so many of you asking for a ladies class i am happy to say we have added one to our timetable starting next week, this will be a ladies only class with the intention of building confidence, self defence abilitys using Boxing and Muay Thai, helping you achieve any goals in mind. All ability levels welcome🥊

We will be looking into adding more classes in the coming weeks 🫡

Changes to our classes starting next week.

First of all thank you everybody that has attended our classes, our first month's been amazing 🔥.

With our kids classes reaching maximum capacity I've decided to split the kids into 2 classes.

Our 4 - 8 year old class will be :
Monday & Wednesday 17:15-18:00

Our 8 - 14 year old class will be :
Monday & Wednesday 18:00-19:00

Our adults Muay Thai class will start at 19:00 now instead of 18:30.
