An amazing group of women arrive ready and raring to go every Tuesday morning. All over a certain age, they refuse to let anything slow them down or stop them from absolutely rocking these classes!
Their energy, dedication, and pure joy are infectious. Showing up week after week, proving that age is truly just a number when it comes to staying active, having fun, and supporting one another.
We find this group truly inspiring, and we can only hope that when the rest of us here at MD reach this stage of life, we’re still turning up, bringing the vibes, and showing out just like our very own ‘Golden Girls’ ✨
