After finally getting on top of the jet lag, I popped into VALD Performance HQ today.

Blown away by the place, the people and, most importantly, the welcome. A huge thank you to the team for getting me out to Brisbane , I’m really looking forward to spending the rest of the week with them at the conference.

This evening I caught up with a good friend and former work colleague, Kev Neighbour, from Rugby League.

Kev took me around Norths Devils RLFC introducing me to the performance staff and technical coaches, and gave me a proper look behind the scenes.

What an exceptional set-up and, again, a brilliant group of people.

A pretty good first full day in Brisbane! 🇦🇺
