Starting on 10th January there will be a Level 2 / Intermediate Pilates class every Friday 1030 - 1130am at AB Stage School, Heathfield High Street.
This class will be ideal for those that have been participating in Pilates classes for a while and have noticed improvements in the following:

Putting up with me going on about Technique! Pointed feet! Posture! and they have all worked so hard every week.
Looking forward to new challenges from September 16th - I know their commitment to remaining strong, mobile and flexible will be unwavering.
