🌿JUNE CLOSURE NOTICE 🌿

In April this year, Urban Jump was acquired by Drusillas Park.
With new ownership comes new investment, fresh ideas, and an exciting future!

To allow us to upgrade and enhance the site, we will be temporarily closed for the whole of June while we:

Carry out a major rebrand and refurbishment, including new theming, building renovations, improved systems...and better coffee.

Don't worry - the trampolines and all the equipment are staying!

Following the four-week refurbishment, we will will reopen at the beginning of July as Go Wild!

We understand this temporary closure may be disappointing. but we hope you'll return in July to experience our exciting new look!

❗We wanted to inform all Urban Jump customers that as of Friday 17th April, the site will be cashless❗

The recent acquisition of Urban Jump by Drusillas Park marks an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you and your families to Urban Jump soon.

First and foremost, we would like to apologise for the limited notice around our decision to go cashless. As with many business acquisitions, final agreements were only confirmed very close to the handover, which meant we weren’t able to inform customers with any prior notice.

The decision to go cashless has been made to help us run a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable business. By removing cash handling, we significantly reduce security risks for both our team and the site alongside allowing for faster transactions, shorter queues, and a smoother overall customer experience. Additionally, we are keeping up with how people across the UK now prefer to pay, with contactless and card payments becoming the most common and convenient option.

We do understand that this change may not suit everyone, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we make this transition. Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and well-run environment for families to enjoy, and we hope you will continue to support us as we invest in the future of the site.

⭐ IMPORTANT UPDATE ⭐

We’re excited to share some big news! Urban Jump is now part of the Drusillas family, the team behind Drusillas Park and Amazon Adventure Tunbridge Wells - who can’t wait to bring a whole new level of WILD fun to Heathfield!

Everything will be bouncing along as usual for now, but not for long… 👀 This June, we’ll be closing the doors so the team can work some ✨Drusillas magic✨, ahead of a BIG reopening in July - just in time for the summer holidays!

Expect a fresh jungle-themed look inspired by Drusillas existing attractions, with all the fun, energy, and play you’d expect.

Urban Jump will be headed up by the Drusillas family’s youngest daughter, Carrie Steer. Carrie has extensive experience managing visitor attractions and will oversee Urban Jump alongside managing Amazon Adventure Tunbridge Wells. She is so excited to be taking the reins of a much-loved play space.

We know Urban Jump means a lot to so many of you and has been a much-loved place to play for years thanks to Richard, Hayley and their fantastic team. As we begin this new chapter, Hayley will be working closely with the Drusillas team to help ensure a smooth transition, so the fun can continue for many years to come 💫.

We’d like to say a big thank you to Richard and Hayley for everything they’ve built here and wish Richard the very best in his next adventure. We are thrilled to be able to continue Urban Jump’s journey!

Keep an eye out for exciting updates in the coming weeks as we get everything ready behind the scenes. We’ll also be becoming a cashless site from Friday💰❌, so make sure you bring your card or phone along with you when you pop in.
