Our availability. Mondays: 10:15am: 9-18 months. 2 spaces available. 11:15am (alternate weeks) private swim.
Tuesdays: 4pm: beginners group: two spaces available.
Thursdays: 6:15pm. Group or private available, any age.
Fridays: 9:45am. Toddlers group. 18-24 months. Two spaces available.
10:15am. Group or private available.
Saturdays: 9am: 3-4 years (group) non/swimmers. 2 spaces available.

She was drowning.
And no one noticed.
No one… except her. 😱
It was June 2022, the World Championships in Budapest.
Anita Álvarez, an artistic swimmer from the U.S. team, had just finished a flawless performance.
Grace. Power. Elegance.
The crowd burst into applause.
But she didn’t resurface.
She had collapsed in the water — unconscious.
Floating… then slowly, silently, sinking.
Deeper. Quieter. Disappearing.
No one saw.
No one sensed it.
They were all caught up in the beauty of the moment.
All except Andrea.
Her coach.
A woman who knew her beyond appearances.
Who knew exactly how long Anita could hold her breath.
And in a split second, she felt something was wrong.
She didn’t wait for confirmation.
She didn’t ask.
She didn’t call for help.
She jumped — fully clothed — straight into the pool.
She dove down fast,
wrapped her strong arms around Anita,
and brought her back to the surface.
Back to life.
Since then, I keep wondering…
Who knows you well enough to feel when you’re fading — even when you’re smiling?
Who would jump for you, without hesitation, if you were sinking in your own silent pain?
And more importantly…
Would you be that person for someone else?
Are you present?
Truly tuned in to the people around you?
Or are you just clapping…
while someone next to you is quietly going under?
Life isn’t just about being there.
It’s about noticing.
Feeling.
Stepping in.
Don’t let anyone disappear beneath the surface.
Be the one who sees.
Be the heart that saves. ❤️
