Evening all,

I regret to inform you all that the boxing club will stay closed, this is one of the hardest posts I have written since I joined the Heath and reach boxing team.

Since the covid 19 pandemic it’s been so hard to try and operate as a functioning boxing club, if we were to limit the numbers we would not be able to afford the rent to keep us going! in the current pingdemic i would not alike to place any of you at risk. I would like to thank you all personally for your continued support throughout the years and I have been honoured to both box and become a head coach for the boxing club.

This decision has not come easy for me to make and I apologise why I have not posted for a while, believe me I have been trying everything behind the scenes to try and make this work. If you wish to continue boxing can I please urge you to join Leighton buzzard boxing club (formerly Rangers) or there is Ringcraft in Dunstable they have just moved to a new premises, any carded boxers I still have your cards please arrange with me to collect them.

Once again thank you for your all the hard work that everyone has put in over the years this being coaches, parents and boxers, we could have never achieved it all without you!

Stay safe

Paul

Stay safe

Evening all,

Hope you are all keeping safe, as you have probably heard gyms are to close, I know we have not re opened as of yet... but we will remain closed until further notice, both trainers have decided to keep closed, as you are all aware we are voluntary and with the Latest guidance from the Aba we can’t hold pads, we can’t spar, and we can’t do partner exercises! Classes would be heavily restricted! For this reason that’s is why we decided to stay closed all this time! we just would not be able to afford the rent each month.

Sorry we have been quiet on here, we do not know when we will be reopening the gym, sorry for inconvenience and thank you for your support!

Morning all,

Hope you are all well,

As you may have heard on the news, gyms can reopen from the 25th of July... as much as we can’t wait to get back to business until we receive clear guidance from the Government and the Aba we will not be holding sessions, when we do the classes will be held with limited numbers and you must provide your own gloves.

Both trainers were taking the other day about possibly holding outdoor fitness classes but this is still to be decided.

We will update on the page as and when we get update’s

Thank you for your continued support.

Hi all, hope you are all keeping well,

So after Boris’s speech yesterday and again today, it’s looks as if we won’t be re opening until July at the earliest,

All we can do is thank you for your continued support and we all look forward to getting back down to business whenever that will be.

Stay safe.

So after Boris’s speech this evening, it looks like we won’t be holding sessions for a while, please stay safe and take his comments on board about staying at home.

Just think another day is nearly over and it will be another day closer to the end of this terrible time,

Stay safe and we will inform you in due corse of when we can start running again.

Thank you, Heath and reach boxing team

Bad news,

Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak both trainers have made the decision to not run any sessions for the time being we have both taken on the governments and the world heath organisation comments, we will both review this and keep you updated on when sessions will run, this could not have come at a worse time 🙈

All being well we can start holding full classes from March 30th.

Important time change,

I have just had confirmation from St Leonard’s hall that we have new times to train for the next 2 weeks, session times will be 7.45 to 8.45 just on Wednesdays, hopefully it will only be for a further 2 weeks untill we can start holding sessions in the new gym 😀

Thanks
