It is with regret that we have to announce that following a legal battle for 3 years Heath Hayes FC. Will fold. The reasons are in 1993 the ground was sold to heath hayes and the two trustees were Jake Deans and John Weldon, 10 years later these two people registered the ground in their names as owners without permission. 3 years ago we questioned this action and today we still have not received any documentation from them in relation to ownership. They have not taken us to court for ownership, because they know what they have done is questionable, but took us to court for trespass, how can heath hayes fc be trespassing when the ground was sold to us which is stated on the conveyance. This ground was sold to heath hayes fc as a community football ground for the use of the people of heath hayes.
These two people have robbed the community of there facility just to make money out of it.
We still have lots of questions to ask Jake Deans about how two trustees can take ownership 10 years later. Phaps if any of you people of heath hayes see jake Deans you might like to ask him the same questions.
