💥 AN ALL-GIRLS SHOWDOWN AT THE PAVILION 💥

What a day for the girls at Barton United

Our U13 Foxes got their season off to a fantastic start with a confident 4-1 victory over Summertown. A brilliant way to begin their A League campaign 🔥

On the main pitch, our U18 Raiders also welcomed Summertown and put on a dominant display, coming away with an impressive 8-0 win! 👏🏼

Our newest girls team, the U9 Warrior Girls, faced Kidlington and once again showed just how much potential they have. With only their second-ever game under their belts, the girls showed determination, confidence and plenty of fight — this team is certainly one to watch! ⭐

And our U12 Warrior Girls made the short trip to neighbours Quarry Rovers, returning home with a convincing 10-0 victory. Another fantastic performance from the girls 💪🏼

Four girls’ teams, four brilliant performances and a whole lot to be proud of

Tomorrow, the cup games begin for our Oxfordshire Youth League teams, and we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way

Our U13 Foxes kick off their A League campaign this morning ⚽️

After going unbeaten throughout the league in 2025/26, the girls will be hoping to carry that fantastic form into the new season and defend their title. 🏆

A new season, a new challenge, but the same determination💪❤️🖤

A fantastic start to the season for our U12 Girls, who made the short trip to Summertown and put in a brilliant performance 👏⚽️

With a couple of new players joining the squad this season, what an addition they’ve already proved to be 🔥

We’re really looking forward to seeing what this team can achieve this season — and especially excited for their chance to take on the new U12 County Cup 🏆

❤️🖤 U9 Warrior Girls ❤️🖤

A brilliant first-ever game for our youngest and brand new girls team 🤩

Despite facing an experienced Harwell & Hendred side, who gave us a brilliant first game, the girls showed fantastic character, by coming back from behind, battled until the final whistle and played some great football. They created plenty of chances and gave absolutely everything.

The girls should be incredibly proud of themselves. This is only the beginning, and we’re so excited to see what they can achieve

⏰JUST ONE WEEK TO GO ⏰

We are now just one week away from the start of the new season! 🙌

The fixtures are out, the teams are ready, the players are in full swing with pre-season training, and Barton United FC is ready to go

This season, our teams will be competing across:

⚽ Oxfordshire Girls Football League
⚽ Oxfordshire Youth Football League
⚽ Thames Valley Women’s League – Division 1
⚽ Southern Region Women’s Football League – for the very first time in Barton United history 🎉🔥

We cannot wait to get the season underway and are looking forward to yet another fantastic year of football for all of our players, coaches, volunteers and supporters.

Some more county cup draws ... And with the first ever U12s cup both our boys teams are in on the action.

U12 Raiders face Heyford Park Sabres and U12 Warriors V Carterton Town. Both games played away on 4 October.
