My goal is always to make my classes as accessible, welcoming, and supportive as possible. I want everyone to feel comfortable, included, and never intimidated, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

Feel Good Fitness – Come and Join Us!

Looking for a fun, friendly way to get active? Our Feel Good Fitness class could be just what you're looking for!

Each week, we enjoy a low-impact aerobics workout set to fantastic music, helping you achieve up to 4,500 steps per session. We also use light hand weights to add gentle resistance and help improve strength and fitness.

To keep things fresh, exciting and motivating, both the music theme and the routine change every six weeks. It's a great way to stay challenged while having fun.

We currently have spaces available, and I'd especially love to welcome more people to our Rudham class. Unfortunately, attendance has been quite low recently, and to continue offering classes in my own village, I really need to see more local people joining in 🤗

The village hall is a wonderful facility, and it would be lovely to see more residents making use of it. So come along, bring a friend, and let's get moving together!

The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be slowed down, modified or adapted to suit your needs, and alternatives are always provided if something feels too difficult or strenuous.

As well as Aerobics, there are other classes available in Rudham, including:

• Seated Fitness
• Flow Pilates
• Fitness Pilates
• Stability Ball
• Lift Lean

With classes running on Wednesdays and Fridays, there's something for everyone.

✨ Strength Pilates in action! ✨

A little peek at yesterday's class at Ingoldisthorpe Village Hall. 💪

This term we're turning up the strength with optional wrist weights, ankle weights, and hand weights, adding extra resistance to our Pilates practice and helping us build strength from head to toe.

Every 45-minute class includes:
✔️ A dynamic warm-up
✔️ Strength-focused Pilates exercises
✔️ Gorgeous stretches to finish

Strength training is one of the best things we can do for our health as we age, helping to support muscle mass, bone health, balance, posture, and everyday movement. Adding resistance to Pilates is a brilliant way to gain these benefits while still enjoying the flow and control that Pilates is known for.

This class is currently full, but I do have spaces available in my Fitness Pilates classes at Rudham and South Creake.
