Gymnastics Friendships are great for having lots of fun and laughter, but today, we witnessed one of the most beautiful moments, the whole team giving support and cuddles to one gymnast who was a little sad. THIS is what makes it all worth it!

Thank you Martina Cowen BSc Psych (Open) Dip CNM Nut for coming to chat with our Display Team squad today, Martina is one of the Mums from our club, who specialises on nutrition, we are so lucky to have you in our Fuego Fam! And we are so thankful for all the tips you gave us to improve our breakfasts and snacks to give our gymnasts the power they need to actually manage and enjoy their training and all other activities!

A couple of weeks ago we participated in the Procession to start the Lindfield Village day, and then we did a little performance at their arena. Keep an eye here, we will be posting videos very soon!

It was one of the best days EVER!! We had so much fun! And we can’t wait to show you!!

We had THE BEST time yesterday! Thanks to everyone who helped us plan, set up, and who supported us during the day and thanks to all of our gymnasts who spent their Sunday with us.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to show our community who we are and what we have been working on for the last year and a half!

BIG DAY TODAY FOR THE FUEGO FAM!

We got not ONE but TWO new AERIALS in the team!

Luna just came back from Surgery a couple of months ago, and Amelia is our YOUNGEST gymnast to achieve an aerial at only 7years old!

We are SO PROU OF YOU BOTH!! Go team FUEGO!

LIVE SHOWCASES THROUGHOUT THE AFTERNOON!

Spring Into Summer is bringing a brilliant line-up of entertainment to Muster Green on Sunday 7th June.

Enjoy performances from local talent including musician Lucy Songi, Babyballet Brighton West, Hove, Shoreham, Haywards Heath and Peacehaven, Fuego Gymnastics, and Tai Chi with Grove Garden, Haywards Heath - all leading up to a magical closing performance from Marco the Magician at 3.30pm!

One of the most fun classes we have ever had! Acro with our Mini Gymnasts and their parents!

Parent’s learn’t safe ways to do lifts and to support their little ones at home to do basic skills.

It was a good workout for both gymnasts and their grown ups! 😅
