So where do I have that energy from running 3 businesses at the same time?
Of course from working out regularly!

For keeping and improving my STRENGTH and FITNESS LEVEL the BEST HIIT-based WORKOUT EVER is STRONG by Zumba or STRONG 30!!!
Trust me! I tried many!!!

Being a jet ski world champion (or even just for racing) you need to be at your best FITNESS level!
You need to stay on that 250 or even more horsepower machine when it accelerates or turns in a bend!
I wish I could have trained with STRONG By Zumba those days!!!!

All of those SQUATS, PUSH UP CHALLENGES, BURPEES made me to be at my best physical condition in my early 40s!!!!

It is NOTHING miraculous but DEFINITELY AMAZING!
