We are so used to rushing that most of us have completely forgotten how to stop.

And when we do finally sit still? The guilt creeps in. The feeling that we should be doing something, being somewhere, sorting something out…

In some parts of the world, rest is just part of life. Slowing down is respected, not something you have to earn or justify. Here though, we tend to wear busy like a badge.

But this is more than just being busy…

I have always wanted to help women feel good. Really good. Not just managing, not just coping, but genuinely living with joy, energy and ease. That’s why I do this work, the coaching, the Pilates, and the retreats.

I love people. I love real conversation. I love that moment, and I see it every single time, when my guests finally exhale and their shoulders just drop. When she remembers what it feels like to just be herself.

Because when you give your body and mind a proper chance to rest, everything shifts. You sleep better. You think more clearly. You feel lighter. You remember who you are underneath all the rushing.

That’s what a retreat does. Not magic, just time. Space. The right people around you. And permission to stop.

Why choose this retreat? My retreats are not detoxes, they are not cleanses, they are not about self improvement but they are about nourishment, fun, creating head space, non stop smiles, rest…

All retreats are different, I created mine as its what I feel I need and my circle around me, it might be just what you need it might not but read on to find out if mine resonate with you… and just know I am always open to having a call if you want to work out if it is right for you.

These retreats are real breaks. With really good food, a glass of wine or two if thats your thing, a beautiful tranquil setting and gorgeous kind inspiring women brought together. That was exactly a guest’s comment who came with me to Menorca. ‘Really, thank you for knowing all these incredible women and bringing us all together!’ Because really thats what you are….

There are zero workshops, no sharing circles, no agenda and absolutely no one to answer to. Just time to clear your head. Unhurried, guilt free (huge!), time to be in the moment & present.

Think long lazy brunches. A wander round the beautiful nearby towns. A little shopping. A dip in the pool, a good book. A facial. A nap. A conversation that goes on for hours because nobody has anywhere to be.

There’s Pilates of course, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practising for years, everyone is welcome. The sessions are relaxed and educational but always a giggle.

Everyone arrives carrying something. The mental load, the rushing, the pressure of everyday life. But by the first dinner a little retreat family has already formed. The laughter starts and honestly it doesn’t really stop.

The connection, the letting go, the simplicity of doing not much at all. That’s where I feel the magic is, thats what I wanted to create as I really think thats just what we need to heal.

It’s simple, its absolutely medicinaI and honestly just really, really good fun. ❤️

This is for the woman who is always switched on. Always doing. Always last on her own list.

I built these retreats for you. Not the Pilates perfect crowd. Not the Wellness Perfect crowd. Just real women who need a proper break, a good laugh and a few days of feeling like themselves again.

No strict schedule. No one to answer to. Just Pilates, incredible food, new friends and permission to do absolutely nothing.

Most women don’t struggle with weight because they don’t know how to diet.

They struggle because dieting is restrictive, joyless and disconnected from what their body actually needs.

You can say no to bread.�No to dessert.�No to dinners out.�No to anything fun.

And you might lose a few pounds.

But if your body feels stressed, depleted or unsafe… it will protect itself. Protective bodies don’t let go easily.

In midlife especially, when hormones are shifting and cortisol is louder, your body is far more interested in safety than in fitting into summer clothes.

This is why we don’t chase the scales. We build balance.

We focus on restorative sleep.�Stable blood sugar.�Minerals and nutrients topped up.�Knowing when to move and when to rest.�Eating in a way that feels nourishing and enjoyable.

Food is meant to be enjoyed.�Movement is meant to feel good.�Your life isn’t meant to revolve around a number.

When your body feels safe and supported, weight regulation becomes a by-product. But so does something far more important.

Energy.�Glow.�Clearer thinking.�Better sleep.�A happier, steadier version of you.

That’s not a summer body.

Health coaching isn’t about taking things away or making life feel smaller.

If you love your coffee, we keep it, we just make it work better for you. It’s not about strict diets, endless rules or starting from scratch. It’s about gently building on what you’re already doing, so your body feels more supported (especially through midlife and hormone shifts).

Because when you understand what your body actually needs…everything starts to feel a bit easier.

More energy, more balance, less second guessing.

And menopause?

It’s not something to dread.

I see it as a turning point, a chance to look after yourself in a deeper, more supportive way than ever before. If you’ve been feeling unsure or a bit fearful about making changes you’re not alone.

But don’t be the one looking back in 10 years wishing you’d started sooner.

In my 20s I had PCOS. I was told the only way I could manage it was ‘medication’. I researched and instead went back to basics. Nutrition. The right movement for my body. Deep work on the nervous system. It worked.

Fast forward to Covid & my 40s. I struggled with sleep, anxiety, brain fog, painful stomach issues, skin problems - I couldn’t work out who I was. I was told peri menopause. Again I took a step back, this was not time for acceptance. Stress. Again back to basics, I had the tools, I’d just lost my way in the covid fog. It wasn’t about adding more, it was about getting a hold of my foundations again.

And that is exactly what I teach inside my 3 month programme. Yes I’m certified but I’ve also lived it, I am living it now, I’m in control and it feels amazing, no fear, no blame, no health anxiety. I know what you have to try first because that is the route to not only living your best life now buts it’s the foundations for decades to come, the foundations for longevity.

The things when you’re in your 60s plus you’ll look back on and wish you’d acted on now. So many of my clients says ‘I just wish I’d done all of this sooner.’ If you want to work with someone who really gets it, let’s chat 💖
