Easter Swimming Crash Course – Bookings Now Open! 🐣

Get ready! Our Easter Swimming Crash Course runs Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th April, with 30‑minute classes between 9:30–11:30am.

£50 for all 4 lessons

We’ve got classes for all abilities:
🐥 Ducklings (with an instructor in the water)

🚀 Starts & Turns
💨 Stroke Technique for pre‑competitive & competitive swimmers

Many congratulations to Karen Pickering MBE, who was installed as the new President of the English Schools' Swimming Association (ESSA) at Ardingly College this weekend.

Since becoming Head of Swimming here at Ardingly, the College's swimming has gone from strength to strength under Karen's leadership, with finalists in the ESSAs every year and our intermediate boys' freestyle team winning silver at the ESSAs (in our first ever ESSA medal!) a couple of years ago. Last year, our pupils won two silver medals at the ESSA Primary School relays, which was another first for Ardingly. She is also well known for running the Ardingly Swim School.

The Activity Centre team are trialling a brand-new open water swimming membership, running until 13th December (and fingers crossed it continues into the New Year!).

Sessions take place every Saturday morning — and even as the temperatures drop, it’s a refreshing and invigorating boost for your wellbeing!
