'Budo Fit' © is an imaginative new programme built around the training used by traditional Martial Artists, now available to the general public. Sessions will be led by Luke, a Senpai or Senior, who trains regularly in the Martial Arts. Luke began his own training in the traditional Martial Arts of Japan some 12 years ago, since then he has been ranked in Judo, Aikido & Iaido but also been assesse

d in ‘Krav Maga’. Luke has also been part of UK Martial Arts Teams that have taught, trained and demonstrated across the globe, including Japan, Europe and the Caribbean, as well as here in the UK.
