Man of the Match: Brandon ‘Brenden’ Bellfield 🎖️
An absolute masterclass in the middle of the park. Zinging passes around like he’d got somewhere important to be, while throwing in enough grit to fill a skip.

🚐 George Rhodes deserves a special mention after finally unhitching the caravan and getting himself involved. Even managed to connect with a few cross-ball passes. Miracles do happen.

🎯 Danny Palmer grabbed himself a brace — although calling them “lucky” would be generous. We’ll just say the football gods were feeling charitable.

🚗Kieran ‘The Handbrake’ Ledger also bagged a fantastic double. Apparently even a handbrake can be released occasionally.

Credit to Thorpe, who battled on after going down to 10 men with a ‘sketchy’ red card🤝

Today's first team man of the match award goes to Haxby Town number 8 Asa Dunn for an outstanding performance in centre midfield.

An onlooker, and avid Town supporter, commented, "If there were 11 Asa Dunn's on the pitch today, then Haxby would have won that game".

The wait goes on for a first league win for the first team. A screamer from the returning Tom Kilvington and a late penalty from Bobby Boyeson was not enough as Fulford FC United secured a deserved victory.
