✅ Hawkinge Town Youth FC - Annual Tournament Completed! ✅

Fantastic weekend welcoming over 130 teams, 1000 players, over 1000 spectators and witnessing some fantastic football from all teams participating and conducted in the right spirt! 🤝

Thanks to all the players, coaches, match officials and unsung volunteers which made this possible and this is a huge fundraising effort for the club which makes everything we do possible!

A fantastic, well battled last game of the season for Hawkinge.

It wasn't meant to be today, but all 6 players should be proud, was probably our best performance of the season, closely followed by the reverse fixture earlier in the season!

Hawkinge send their best wishes to the CCCU player, who unfortunately suffered what looked like a nasty ankle injury.

Another game where Hawkinge just couldn't get going. Going into half time 2-1 down.

The second half started well and Hawkinge were on top when they suffered another(!) nasty injury.

The remaining Hawkinge players dug deep and managed to turn the game around to go 4-3 ahead. Unfortunately COBS ended the game strongly and got a late, fully deserved, equaliser.

Also a huge shout out to our player Kate who unfortunately broke her foot, and potentially her ankle, challenging for the ball.
