Our recent Ladies Open Tri-Am produced a close finish, with the winners Julie Ritson, Christine Malcolmson and Marion King coming out on top after a count-back. See the full results below.

Julie was also winning nearest the pin on the 8th hole and Susan McCall was nearest the pin on the 17th.

Congratulations to all our winners and thanks to all who took part. We look forward to welcoming you all to our next ladies open, a pairs betterball competition on Saturday 5th September.

The first of our three senior open events is coming up fast. To meet demand, we have just opened up some additional tee times early at 8.00, 8.10 and 8.20 am and later in the day at 2.20 and 2.20 pm. With the course running fast in great condition, come and enjoy Minto for just £15 entry fee for visitors.

We are pleased to announce the results of our first Open Pairs Scramble event held on Sunday 7 June. Bringing home the bacon were Minto stalwarts Allan Learmonth and Ross Nichol, pipping the Walby/Scott and Thom teams by a single shot. Allan and Ross also cleaned up in the longest drive and nearest the pin competitions, respectively. Prizes were also awarded on the day for the 8 twos carded by 6 different teams.
