My women only weights class Barbelles is moving to The Yard Gym in Saltney from September 9th.

The class, which is Mondays at 10, is a full body workout focusing on compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench, rows, and presses and more. No previous lifting experience necessary, most people who come have never done it before and I’m experienced in teaching the lifts from scratch.

As more women are realising, lifting weights is the best thing you can do both for your physique and your long term health.

Moving to The Yard (on River Lane, near Go Outdoors) means I can accommodate more in the class, so do come and give it a try!

It’s £7 a class, but I work in half term blocks (not on in school holidays), and ask that blocks are paid up front.

All Hollie wanted was a bum! I’d like to take credit for it but the hard work and commitment was all hers, implementing what we did in our sessions during her own time at the gym as well and staying on top of her nutrition. I’m not in the business of 6 or 8 week transformations, this was 6 months of graft done with sustainable, healthy habits 🔥
