A little life update 🤍

Life has been a bit manic lately, and if I’m honest, I’ve been trying to juggle everything at once, I take so much on, so much has changed in my life…Sometimes we get so caught up looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves too.

Over the last few weeks I’ve taken a small step back where needed, not because I’m giving up, but because sometimes the best thing you can do is pause, reset and focus on what matters most.

My own health, wellbeing and my amazing clients will always be a priority. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support me and trust me with their journeys 🥰

Remember, taking a step back doesn’t mean you’re moving backwards. Sometimes it’s exactly what you need to come back stronger, with a clearer mind and renewed focus 💫

Here’s to finding balance, protecting my peace, and giving myself the same care I give to everyone else 🥂

There was a time I couldn’t do a single pull-up… not because I wasn’t capable, but because I hadn’t put the work in yet 🤷🏽‍♀️

This didn’t happen overnight.
It came from showing up on the days it felt hard, frustrating, and like nothing was improving.

That’s where most people stop.

I wasn’t always confident walking into the gym… but here’s what changed everything for me.

I’ve always trained, the gym has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
But for a while, I was just going through the motions. I trained hard, but without real purpose. I didn’t truly understand my goals or what I actually wanted from it all.

That’s when everything changed, when I decided to stop chasing random progress and start training with intention.
Now every session has meaning. I’m not just working out to burn calories…I’m building strength, confidence, and a body that reflects the effort I put in.

This journey has taught me that purpose creates progress. When you know your “why”, consistency stops being a chore and starts becoming who you are.
