FROM SESH TO STRENGTH 📈🚀

Two years ago I was in a completely different place.

Fitness didn’t just change my body.

It changed my life.

That’s why I’ve created From Sesh To Strength.

For people who know they’re capable of more but need support, accountability and structure to get there.

If you’re tired of starting again every Monday…

DM me STRENGTH 💙

4 YEARS AGO…. I qualified as a PT

5 years ago I joined Real Bodies Gym as a gym instructor a year later I qualified as a PT the last 4 years have gone so quick and I’m so grateful for every person I’ve worked with, every lesson I’ve learned along the way, all the opportunities that have come my way and all the people I’ve met and made friends with through the gym. I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside some brilliant coaches and calling REAL BODIES GYM 24HR the home of CM Coaching has always been a pleasure.

Unfortunately a 20 pic carousel doesn’t do the last 4/5 years Justice however… here’s some of my favourite snaps.

I’ve had multiple clients lose 40+kg, ive had clients rebuild their lives, I’ve had clients gain confidence they never thought was possible and I’ve worked with national champion level boxers for S&C sessions. I’m so grateful to all of you past and present for letting me be part of your journey

One thing i hope and really believe is that I provide a space in the fitness world that feels welcoming… especially as it can fitness and health can seem scary to some 🙏

Another week of wins. 👊

Clients hitting PBs.
Boxers bringing home winner’s belts.
People showing up, putting the work in and getting the rewards they deserve.

A reminder that when you’re focused on building yourself, chasing your goals and becoming better than you were yesterday, there’s no time left for negativity, drama or hate.

Keep your head down.
Stay consistent.
Let the results do the talking.

Proud of everyone putting in the work right now. More to come. 💙

As it’s Mens Mental Health Awareness Month this one’s for the lads… 💙

This one’s for every man who’s ever sat in silence carrying more than he lets on.

The lad who puts a smile on his face when he’s struggling.
The bloke who tells everyone he’s “fine” when he’s anything but.
The man fighting battles nobody else can see.

I’ve had moments in my 20s where I felt on top of the world, and I’ve had moments where I felt completely lost. Times where I questioned myself, my future, my worth, and whether things would ever get better, Whether it would be better if I wasn’t here anymore.

What I’ve learned is this:

No feeling lasts forever.
Not the highs.
Not the lows.

The dark days eventually pass.
The bad chapters eventually end.
The things that feel impossible right now become stories you tell one day.

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Talk to your mates.
Talk to your family.
Talk to a professional.
Ask for help if you need to.

There is strength in opening up, not weakness.

Men’s Mental Health Month isn’t just about awareness. It’s about reminding every man reading this that your life matters, your struggles are valid, and people would rather listen to you than lose you.

Keep going.

The world is a better place with you in it.

And if you’re in a dark place right now, trust me when I say this:

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can’t see it yet.

One day you’ll look back and be proud you didn’t give up.

It’s all love boys. 🙏👊🤝

Been away in the Lake District this week and honestly had a lot of time to think ⛰️

• Had 2 pints for the first time in 7/8 months and genuinely hated the feeling of not being fully in control. It reminded me why I stopped living the chaotic lifestyle I used to live in the first place.

• Realised I care way too much about people’s opinions sometimes. Being away from home made me feel like I could just be myself properly without pressure or judgement. The people that truly know me already know the sort of person I am.

• Need to stop getting wound up by little things. Most of the stuff we stress over won’t even matter in a few days let alone a few years.

• Also realised I should actually be proud of myself. Career, health, mindset, discipline… I’ve come a long way from where I was a couple years ago.

• Quality over quantity always. I’d rather have a few proper people around me than loads of fake support.

• Need to spend more time outdoors. Hiking, running, mountains, fresh air… genuinely feels like therapy for me.

• And most importantly… gratitude. I’m genuinely grateful for my family, close friends, clients and my job. After the last few years it feels good to come from a place of gratitude instead of anger and disappointment.

Health & fitness isn’t just about changing physically either. Sometimes the biggest transformation is your mindset and the way you see life 🙏📈

Just food for thought on one of my walks today… about how positivity and encouragement, especially around health and fitness, is such a huge thing and how much it can help people more than you probably realise.

I had a conversation with someone the other day and they said to me:
“I’m well proud of ya, I didn’t believe you’d do it. I thought you’d find an excuse to get out of it, I thought no way cam can run a marathon but well done.”

Crazy thing to say to someone after they’ve completed a marathon 😂
A proper backhanded compliment.

Nonetheless, I got the job done. But it made me think… I think it’s important to put out into the world what you’d like to receive back. For me, that’s positivity, respect where it’s earned, and actually encouraging people to do better and be better.

There’s no place for negativity, especially in the health and fitness world. Everyone’s on their own journey 💙🙏

Boosting someone else up is never going to take away from your own achievements… shame not everyone realises that.

However, round here we do things while others just talk about doing things 🤙

And to everyone that follows me — whether you’re grafting in fitness, business, or just life in general — keep going. Big respect to you all 📈🤝

Here she is…

Shes just finished my fat loss 10 week programme and in that time has dropped over 10kg. 🔥

More confidence, clothes fit better, more energy.

Wasn’t super strict with food and social occasions.

Just stayed disciplined and consistent.

In the first pic she’s holding the same weight she’s lost 👏

Well done on all your hard work Jem! Keep it up 📈🔥

82 years old and still at it… what an inspiration Phillip is.

Gym twice a week and when he’s not working hard in the gym you’ll find him on the golf course or abit of gardening 💪🏼⛳️🪏

This is proof that ages is just a number. Well done Phillip on all your hard work.

If this has inspired you to get started or get back involved dropped me a DM to get started 💙💪🏼
