It was so good to be back bouncing with you for one night only !!

You picked up the pace and came first place 🥇 🥰🥰!! It's alway nice to come back and see how well your all doing !!

Another epic ((BOUNCE)) class with the best team !!!

Tonight we celebrated Tiffs ((BOUNCE)) Birthday!! Tiff is a powerhouse full of energy with high kicks and high energy every class! Always thankful for your love for classes, the team and for always supporting every week!! All the girls love you!

Great playlist! The faves are always the hardest 🤣🤣😜 and when they are out into a party playlist it's just solid fire!! But amazing!! Great choices there apart from the kicks.. ( love hate relationship with them ) 🤣🤣

Hope you all had the best night! I won't see you all now until Sept!!! 👀👀👀 Crazy hey!! But ..... It will be the best week back being my two years with you all and probably some of your birthday classes too when you started with me!!! Soo exciting!!

We are still open for classes next week! You will when the lovely Clare and Vicky next week so enjoy next week and work hard for me!!!

Then we close completely for two weeks from the 18th!!! 😭
