Feeling a bit nervous about trying Reformer Pilates? You’re not alone 🤍

So many people who’ve walked into my studio recently have said the same thing:
“I’m not sure I’m strong enough.”
“I’ve never done this before.”
“I’m worried I won’t keep up.”

And do you know what? They’re all doing beautifully.

Reformer Pilates isn’t about being advanced or flexible or already fit. It’s about learning simple, clear movements that build strength and confidence step by step. The exercises are guided carefully, broken down clearly, and adapted to your specific needs.

We’ve had lots of beginners start lately — and the most common thing I hear after their first session is,
“That wasn’t scary at all.”

My studio is small, friendly and genuinely inclusive. No egos. No pressure. Just thoughtful teaching, encouragement, and space to move at your own pace.
